Frank Lloyd Wright Home Hits the Market in Houston
Frank Lloyd Wright homes don’t often come on the market—especially not in Texas, where there are only three homes in the state that were designed by the iconic architect. One, in Houston’s Bunker Hill neighborhood, is now up for sale and asking $2.85 million. With the help of Kirksey Architecture, the 1,800-square-foot home was expanded with a 6,300-square-foot addition.

New building for Pacific Northwest National Lab campus
The federal government's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory will build a new $90 million energy sciences research building on its Richland campus...The $64 million contract to design and construct the building has been awarded to a Houston-based team of Harvey Cleary Builders and Kirksey Architecture. The building is expected to have labs and workstations for about 175 PNNL and visiting scientists, engineers and research support staff.

Danny Sheena of SLS Properties has closed on the purchase of 30 acres in Bellaire and is moving forward with plans to redevelop the site, a former Chevron office campus. He tapped Kirksey Architecture to work on the project, which has been renamed Bellaire Place.
