    An uplifting gift for downtown Y - A major gift from the Tellepsen family will pave the way for a new building around the corner from the old one; The Houston-based Kirksey architecture firm designed the structure, which will have more than 100,000 square feet and include a teen center, child watch area, pools, a gymnasium with five racquetball courts, community meeting space, exercise rooms and a cafe. A parking garage with more than 200 spaces will be attached to the building.
